1. Navigate to https://www.checksecrets.com/, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Do Not Sell Or Share My Personal Information.

2. In the new window, enter your first and last name as well as select your state from the drop down menu and click Search.

3. Then complete the security CAPTCHA

4. Next to the search results press continue

5. In the next form, enter your email address, full name, address and phone number, then press, Submit.

6. Navigate to your email and click on the opt out link sent to you by Checksecrets.
