1. Navigate to councilon.com and enter your full name, city and state. Then hit Search

2. Loctate your profile and select View Profile

3. Scroll all the way down and click Control Profile

4. On the next page enter your full name and email. Fill out the CAPTCHA and click Submit

5. Navigate to your email and click on the link sent to you to complete the process

6. The removal will be fully complete in 24-48 hours
