The website PublicRecords.com lets people look up background information on others. This can include various details like criminal records, contact information, social media accounts, police reports, mugshots, driving licenses, and information about vehicles. Some basic details, such as addresses, family members, and age, can be accessed for free. However, there’s an option to pay for a more thorough background check. While this service might seem useful, it can also expose you to risks like identity theft, unwanted calls, and scammers. Therefore, it's important to take steps to remove your information from these types of sites to protect your privacy online.
