If you want to remove your information from Secretinfo, you’ll need to fill out an opt-out form on their website and then confirm your request with a phone call. 2. Search for your profile with your name and state

3. Complete the CAPTCHA

4. Select your profile 

5. Then fill out the form on the next page

6. Navigate to your email and click the link sent to you by Secretinfo (ensure to check your spam mail)
