1. Navigate to the bottom of Smartbackgroundchecks.com and select Opt-Out Process in blue underneath How do I opt-out or remove my private data

2. On the next page only enter your email, check the agreement box and complete the CAPTCHA. Then select Accept Terms & Start Removal

3. Then click on the words, Search Features

4. Then enter the requested data and hit Search

5. Find your record, select it, and then click Remove My Profile

6. Then navigate to your email and click on the blue box sent to you to remove your data
