Navigate to USA-People-Search.com and select Do Not Sell My Personal Information at the bottom of the homepage
Then select Opt-Out Form under How To Opt Out
Then enter your email address, check all three boxes and click Begin Removal Process
Then Search your full name, city and state
Find your profile, select it and then hit Remove Record in the red box on your profile
Then navigate to your email inbox and click the blue box in the email sent to you to remove your data
This completes your opt out request. It should be fulfilled in 72hrs
